Bonita Bay is one property with about 160 metres of beach frontage. Merchak Aal Baher cooks seafood at the water's edge and keeps sunbeds on the sand — no entrance fee, just a minimum spend. Kai runs the pool, the beach deck and the food shack on a ticket.

Bonita Bay House sits behind them both, available by the night. Each business keeps its own name, its own kitchen and its own rules. The bay is the thing they have in common, from eleven in the morning until seven at night.

At the water's edge, Merchak Aal Baher grills the morning's catch and keeps sunbeds on the sand. No entrance fee — just a minimum spend and a table close enough to hear the sea.
